How to use Mulleex platform

Mulleex is a transport platform that connects all drivers with free transport space for cargo and users who need to transport cargo

Registration

• • To use the full potential of the platform you need to register
  • You choose the form of registration depending on whether you are a private person or a company
  • In both cases, you become a free user who can post one vehicle and two active offers at the same time
  • For more active vehicles and offers, check out some of our packages for professional carriers

Vehicle setup

• • Before placing the transport offer, you need to set up a vehicle with which you will later publish transport offers
  • You add a new vehicle in the “Vehicles” menu
  • It is necessary to enter data marked with (*) or more in order to display the offer in more detail
  • We suggest that you also upload a photo of the vehicle to make it easier for users looking for transportation

Offering a transport route

• • In the “Offer transport route” menu you can see all your active transport offers
  • If you do not have active offers, you can make a new offer by clicking on “Offer transport route”
  • In the next step you need to choose the vehicle (which you have setup before) with which you will offer the route
  • It is mandatory to set places and dates of departure and arrival
  • If you are traveling through more places on your route you can add them to the “Via” fields by clicking the + button
  • You can add up to 5 Via points
  • You can enter other data as you wish (more data will give a better search)
  • You can enter arbitrary text in the “Additional information” space to describe your offer in more detail

Search transport routes

• • If you are looking for transport on specific route and date you need to go to “Search transport route”
  • In the search engine you need to enter information marked with (*)
  • You can choose the type of vehicle (truck, van, car …)
  • Place and time of departure and arrival
  • Other information as desired if you want a more detailed search
  • If you do not have an urgent date of departure and arrival of goods, increase the probability of finding the transporter by setting a longer time interval in the search engine (eg: 02.06 departure, and 30.06 arrival)
  • The search results will give all transportation offers, both private and professional
  • By clicking on the letter icon, you can send a message to the user and arrange transportation. You will receive notifications about received messages via a registered email address.
  • You agree on the price of transportation with the transporter directly

Transport requests

• • If you are a user who needs cargo transport, but you could not find a carrier in “Search transport routes”, you can post your request for transport
  • By clicking on “New request” you can enter few short information
  • Title of the request
  • The starting and ending location of the transport
  • Description of the request itself
  • A photo of the cargo to be transported
  • Carriers can then review the request lists and if they can transport your cargo they will contact you via messages

Creating entry in company register

• • If your company operates in a city or region, you can place an ad for the scope of your company in our company register
  • You must be registered as a business for this option
  • By clicking on “Company register” you can post a new register entry for your company (completely free)
  • All fields are required
  • The name of the company, the contact phone number, the city where you work, the type of vehicle you are advertising and the category of cargo you are transporting
  • You can enter a description and details of the ad in the “Company description” field
  • Company ads are seen by all users, even unregistered

Search companies in register

• • You can look for a professional carrier in a certain city in the company register under “Company register”
  • In the search engine you need to define the city in which you are looking for a company
  • Optionally, you can narrow down your search by vehicle type or cargo category (for example, looking for a van that carries solid cargo, or a truck with tank for fluids)
  • Once you find the ad, send a message to the user and arrange a deal. You will receive notifications about received messages via a registered email address

Who can provide a transport service?

• • A driver can be anyone who owns a means of transportation
  • Freight transport services and transport routes are advertised by both professional carriers and private persons traveling somewhere empty

Who are the users?

• • The user is any private or legal person who can offer transport or who requests the transport of goods

Messages

• • All users can exchange messages within the platform
  • You will receive notifications about received messages via the registered email address and as a display of the number of unread messages within the menu

The Mulleex platform does not participate in the formation of the transport price or in the money transaction
