Simple Limited Liability Company MULLEXX j.d.o.o. (with registered office at Osječka ulica 57a, 34308 Jakšić, Republic of Croatia) (“Mulleex”, “we”, “our / our / our” or “us / us”), as a controller, is responsible for the protection and privacy of your data . This statement (“Privacy Statement”) is structured to familiarize you with our practice in collecting, using and disclosing the information you provide to us through this website or mobile applications (“Platforms”).

The Privacy Statement, including the Terms of Use and other related documents, and the Cookie Statement, form the basis on which we will process the information we collect or provide to you. Please read the text below carefully in order to adequately understand our views and practices regarding your personal information and how it is processed.

What information do we collect from you and over what time period?

We may collect and process the following from you:

Information you provide to us

You can provide us with information yourself, including identifying information (“Personal Data”) when using our platform, for example by filling out forms on our platforms (eg application forms) and when communicating with us by phone or e-mail and when you report unexpected difficulties on our platforms.

The information you provide to us may include:

The information necessary to log in to our services on our platforms or to access other services we provide are: your name, year of birth, home address, country, e-mail address, mobile phone number and password. MULLEEX j.d.o.o. you will not be able to provide the services offered on our platforms if you do not provide us with the requested information (listed below), and accordingly you will not be able to register for an account on our platforms;
• B.1) 2. Personal photography;
• B.1) 3. Home address;
• B.1) 4. Information about your visits to our platform and the sources you access;
• B.1) 5. Your answers in user ratings. This information can be used to analyze the operation of the application and to understand the needs of our users;
• B.1) 6. Passport, driver’s license, ID card and similar documents that you agreed to provide us
• B.1) 7. Records of offered transports related to the ads you have placed on our platform;
• B.1) 8. Records of our mutual communication;
• B.1) 9. Vehicle data
• B.1) 10. A photo of the vehicle
• B.1) 11. Information we may ask of you when you report a problem on our platform or with our services
• B.1) 12. Information about your location when using our services
• B.1) 13. Data on accounting or financial transactions, including transactions you have made through our platforms. This may include information such as your bank or credit card information, bank account and transportation provided through our platform;

B.2) Information we collect automatically

B.2) 1. During your visits to our platform, in accordance with the law and with your consent, we may collect information about the devices you use and the networks to which you are connected when using our services. They include the following information: your IP address, login information, browser type and version, browser browser plug-in type and version, operating system and platform, ad identifier, visit information including clickstream URL, products you have viewed and searched for , download errors, site visits, site interactions, and any phone numbers you used to call our customer service. We collect this information using a variety of technologies including cookies (see our ‘Cookie Statement’ for more information).

B.2) 2. In addition, we collect information about your overall activity on our platform (e.g., the number of transports offered). This information can be published on your public profile on our platform.

B.3) Data retention

B.3) 1. Except in the categories of personal data referred to in paragraphs B.3) 2. and B.3) 3. Your personal data is stored for the entire duration of communication with our platform and after that its use ceases:

• Within one year after closing the personal account, if you have not received an application for which your personal data would be kept for up to two years
• Within five years after your last use of our platform, if your account is not closed;

B.3) 2. The following categories of personal data may be stored in different v belt spacing:

• financial data is kept in accordance with taxation and accounting legislation;
• All user-generated content remains anonymous but remains available on the platforms.

B.3) 3. If an account is blocked, we store the data for a period of two to ten years, in order to prevent you from abusing the regulations that apply to our platform.

Your information will be used to:

C.1) allow participation in the interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so (which is necessary to fulfill our mutual contractual obligations and is performed with your consent).

C.2) facilitating mutual communication with other members of the platform (which is necessary for the fulfillment of our mutual contractual obligations and is carried out with your consent).

C.3) verification of data stated in personal documents; ID card, passport, driver’s license, and other identification documents that we collect from you during registration or at any time during the use of our platforms (which is done with your consent and to comply with our legal obligations).

 

C.4) providing access to our customer support (which is necessary for the execution of our mutual contractual obligations and is carried out with your consent or is necessary for the determination, execution or defense in case of complaints).

C.5) sending information related to services via e-mail and / or sms message or other means of communication (which is necessary for the fulfillment of our mutual contractual obligations and is carried out with your consent).

C.6) enable personalization of your account on our platforms (which is carried out with your consent).

C.7) Improving our platforms in the most efficient way to display content, tailored to you and your devices (based on providing meaningful content).

C.8) administration of our platforms; including problem solving, data analysis, testing, research, and for analytical and survey purposes (based on ensuring the security of our platforms and improving their features).

C.9) as an integral part of our insistence that platforms be secure and protected (based on ensuring the security of our platforms), implemented to identify, enforce or defend in the event of complaints and to comply with our legal obligations).

C.10) evaluate and understand the effectiveness of the advertising we offer you and send relevant advertising material. (which is based on measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and implemented with your consent).

C.11) sending advertising materials and information necessary for the implementation of the service delivery process, with your consent, and in order to recommend you our services that may be of interest to you. We also use your information to send you our ads on social media platforms.

C.12) ensuring compliance with applicable laws, our terms of use and the privacy statement. Some breaches of contractual obligations may result in the termination of the personal profile (which is necessary to enforce our mutual contractual obligations, to comply with our legal obligations, or to establish, enforce, or defend in the event of a complaint).

C.13) fulfilling the obligations set forth in this contract that we have mutually concluded, providing information while providing the services you request (which is necessary for the performance of our mutual contractual obligations).

C.14) notifying us of changes to our services (necessary to perform our mutual contractual obligations, to comply with our legal obligations, or to establish, enforce, or defend in the event of a complaint).

C.15) collecting your payments (which is necessary to fulfill our mutual contractual obligations).

Who receives your information and for what purposes?

D.1) When using our services, some of your information is shared with other members of our communities, either in your personal account or during the booking process.

D.2) We may receive and send your data, including personal data, when you use any of the platforms we work on or the platforms of other MULLEEX j.d.o.o. entities or associates, for the purposes set forth in this privacy statement.

D.3) Among other things, we cooperate with third parties who could be the recipients of your personal data, eg:

• business partners who can advertise our services on their websites
• our external associates who provide us with technical services; payments, authentication, delivery and or making analytics.
• business partners who can advertise their services on our platforms and to whom you can choose to apply

D.4) The information you provide to us (including your personal data) will not be disclosed to third parties except in exceptional situations:

• D.4) 1. when it is necessary to include a third page in order to execute the contracts concluded with you in order to ensure the expansion of our services
• D.4) 2. as part of the transport process we can provide information; for example, your name, photo or e-mail address, which can be displayed on platforms or forwarded to the driver;
• D.4) 3. in part of our rating system, ratings, along with your name and image, are visible to all platform visitors;
• D.4) 4. we use analytics services and search engines to improve our platform;
• D.4) 5. at your request (eg when using authentication methods on social networks);
• D.4) 6. we may distribute parts of our platform for publication on the websites of our business partners, via APIs or widgets. Then some information from your personal profile can be displayed on these websites;
• D.4) 7. among other things, MULLEEX j.d.o.o. may disclose your information if required to do so by law or when required to respond to a lawsuit filed against MULLEEX j.d.o.o. and to comply with legal regulations, implement agreements with our users, such as terms of use and privacy statements, in an emergency that poses a risk to public health, death or personal injury in the course of research or to protect rights, property or personal safety MULLEEX j.d.o.o., its members and others;
• D.4) 8. In the case of our sale or purchase of a company or property, because in that case we may disclose your personal information to a future seller or buyer of the company or property
• D.4) 9. If MULLEEX j.d.o.o. partially or completely taken over by a third party because in that case the personal data that the company has about its members become transferable property
• D.5) In accordance with applicable laws and where required by your consent, we may combine information about you, including personal information and cookie information, that we send or receive from our business partners. We may use this combined information for the above purposes.

D.6) We draw your attention to the fact that if you choose to share information, including personal information, with us through merger services provided by our business partners, their privacy policies and notices may, in addition to this privacy statement, apply to you. We do not control the collection and final processing of your data by our business partners on their platforms.

 

How do we use and modify the messages you exchange through our platform?

E.1) We will never scan or analyze your messages exchanged with other members of the community for commercial or advertising purposes. We can use automated methods, but only for the purpose of modifying these messages, but in this sense no automated individual decision-making is performed.

E.2) We are allowed to view, scan or analyze the messages you exchange with other members of the community on our platform in order to prevent fraud, improve service, for the purpose of providing assistance to users, the implementation of contracts concluded with our members. For example, to prevent circumvention of our ad system, we may scan and analyze messages sent through our platforms to verify that they do not contain any contact information or references to other online sites.

Targeted advertising on social networking platforms, our communication via e-mail and sms messages

In accordance with applicable laws and with your consent, we may use the information you provide to us on our platforms for the purpose of direct electronic marketing (eg receiving our newsletters).

For e-marketing communication: you can withdraw your consent at any time by unchecking the box next to it in your account, by clicking on the unsubscribe link we send in each MULLEEX j.d.o.o. addressed to you personally or if you contact us and request the same.

Ads and similar content:

• on social networks: you can decline them at any time by changing the settings related to advertising through your social network account;
• on a third party website: please review our Cookie Policy to learn how to decline advertising.

How and where is your information transmitted?

We generally keep the personal information we hold about you in the European Union (“EU”). As some of our service providers operate in countries outside the European Union (“third countries”), we also transfer some of your data to third countries. This may include third countries for which the European Commission has not yet decided that such a third country has an appropriate level of protection (eg the United States). In this case, we ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation and apply appropriate safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses adopted by the European commission) to guarantee a sufficient level of protection of private life and fundamental rights of the individual. By sending a request to the Data Protection Officer (e-mail), we can provide you with details of such appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission).

What are your rights regarding your personal information?

H.1) You have the right to a copy of your personal data that we have at your disposal (your right to access the data).

H.2) You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data (your right to restrict the processing).

H.3) You have the right to receive a subset of personal data or to ask us to transfer to another data controller a subset of personal data relating to you and provided to us, which we process in order to fulfill our contract or because you have previously given your consent in a structured and frequently used format that is machine readable (your right to data portability).

H.4) You may request the deletion of personal data or the correction of incorrect personal data (Your right to delete and correct). Please note that we may retain certain information relating to you, in accordance with the law or if we have a legal basis for doing so.

H.5) You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, or to the processing of your personal data for other purposes for reasons related to your personal situation (your right to object to the processing).
